Job Description
We are looking for a Junior PPC Specialist who is proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about gaining hands-on experience in the world of paid search advertising. You will work under the mentorship of experienced PPC professionals, participating in ongoing training, real-world tasks, and gaining practical skills to help you succeed.
Your role will be centered around continuous learning, developing your expertise, and actively participating in PPC campaigns for clients across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. We believe in empowering you to take ownership of tasks and ask the right questions when things aren’t clear. Responsibilities
- Structured Learning Path: Complete the individual knowledge map as outlined by the team, mastering key topics such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 metrics.
- Weekly Mentorship Sessions: Participate in one-on-one meetings with your mentor to review your learning progress, ask questions, and gain further insights into the world of PPC.
- Task Execution: Actively work on assigned tasks, initially under guidance. Ensure clarity before starting tasks and communicate effectively about any uncertainties.
- Understanding Metrics: Learn and understand the core metrics that drive performance in paid advertising campaigns and analytics (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4).
- Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with other PPC specialists to support ongoing campaigns, contributing to the implementation and optimization of strategies.
- Report and Communicate: Prepare detailed reports for your mentor and senior team members on the progress of tasks and campaign performance, following the company’s reporting standards.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A strong passion for digital marketing, with a genuine desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and seek clarification when needed.
- The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines while adapting quickly to new challenges.
- A proactive mindset, driven to take initiative, improve processes, and contribute to team success.
- A commitment to consistently delivering high-quality work, ensuring every task—from campaign creation to reporting—meets our company’s high standards of excellence.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other PPC platforms.
- Basic experience with GA4.
