Job Description
We’re looking for a talented Middle PPC Specialist to take charge of exciting campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You’ll own the whole process, from building and optimizing campaigns to analyzing results and maximizing ROAS. If you’re all about delivering results and having the freedom to make fast decisions, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Create Winning Strategies: Build and optimize kickass campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads that drive results.
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with project managers and designers to bring fresh ideas to life.
- Own the Campaigns: Take full control of your campaigns, optimizing them quickly to hit client targets and exceed expectations.
- Craft Killer Ad Copy: Write engaging, click-worthy ads that stand out and drive conversions.
- Test & Innovate: Try out new targeting, strategies, and creatives to keep campaigns fresh and ahead of the curve.
- Analyze & Optimize: Dive into GA4 data to analyze performance and fine-tune campaigns for even better results.
- Report Like a Pro: Prepare automated weekly and monthly reports on campaign effectiveness and your own personal performance.
- Project Management: Juggle multiple projects and keep everything on track, from start to finish.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience running PPC campaigns.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage time well.
- Self-motivated and able to make decisions independently.
- A goal-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a digital agency or similar environment.
- Proven track record in collaborating with Project Managers.
- A portfolio of successful client campaigns.
