Our services are agreed in writing
The website tells you about KIPLAR and our services. It is not an offer, and nothing on it makes you our client. We work with every client under a written agreement that sets out the scope of work, the channels, how we report and how either side can end the work. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Proposals and plans we send you before the agreement are not binding until both sides sign it.
The information on the website
We write the content of the website with care and keep it up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your business. Advertising platforms, their rules and their prices change often, so some details may be out of date when you read them.
Case studies and numbers describe the results of specific clients. They show what we achieved for them, not what you will get: results depend on your market, product, budget and many other factors. We do not guarantee any result.
Using the website
You may read the pages of the website, share them and link to them. You must not:
- use the website in a way that breaks the law or harms KIPLAR or others;
- try to get unauthorized access to the website, its servers or its data, or disrupt how it works;

Our content and trademarks
The texts, design, illustrations, photos and code of the website belong to KIPLAR or are used with permission. You may quote short parts with a link to the page you quote; anything more needs our written permission.
The names and logos of our clients, partners and platforms – such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, LinkedIn, OpenAI, Klaviyo, Brevo and Clutch – belong to their owners. We show them to name the platforms we work with, our partnerships, awards and clients; this does not mean they endorse the website.
What you send us
When you send us the contact form, a brief or a job application, make sure the information is correct and that you have the right to share it. We use what you send only to reply to you, to prepare a proposal or to consider your application, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish what you send us.
Links to other websites
The website links to other sites – such as our Clutch profile, our social media pages and the websites of our clients. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
Availability and changes
We may change, update or remove any part of the website, or pause it for maintenance, without notice. We do our best to keep it available and secure, but we cannot promise that it will always work without interruptions or errors.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss that comes from using the website, from relying on its information or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit – for example, for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection that the mandatory laws of the country where you live give you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you use the website after a change, the new terms apply.
